Questions
The things people ask before buying.
What happens when I hit the free plan's limits?
Nothing breaks. Your work stays yours: you keep every project you have
saved and can still edit them. The limits only gate new cloud saves past three,
the extra formats, the wizards and the Pro-only fills — upgrading
removes them instantly.
Is Pro really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once and Pro stays unlocked on your account permanently.
There is no subscription, nothing renews and nothing to cancel. Future updates to the
studio are included.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The editor runs in your browser and the stitch engine runs on our
servers, so there is nothing to download, license or keep updated — any modern browser
works. Projects save to your account, so you can pick up on any device.
Which embroidery machines are supported?
Stitchist exports PES (Brother / Baby Lock), DST (Tajima and most
industrial heads), JEF (Janome / Elna), EXP (Melco / Bernina), VP3 (Husqvarna Viking /
Pfaff), U01 (Barudan), PEC (Brother) and XXX (Singer / Compucon). Treat the format table
as guidance: confirm which one your machine prefers, and test-stitch on scrap
first.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes. Designs you create are yours, on either plan — sell the finished
goods or the stitch files. We claim no rights over your work.
What does priority support mean?
Support is by email at support@stitchist.app on both plans, and it is
answered by the people who build Stitchist rather than a ticket system. Pro messages are
read and answered first. Write from the address on your account and we will see the
purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it,
in full, no questions asked. That is the guarantee: buy Pro, use all of it, and if it is
not right for you, you get your money back.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments run entirely through Stripe — card details never touch our
servers. We store only whether your account has purchased Pro.
Try it first. It's free.
Draw something today, and upgrade the moment you need the wizards or every format. Pro is covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee, so you can decide after you have used it.
